NOTE FOR ART REFERENCE

You may provide an image reference in HD or as clear as possible. Make sure that it can be saved, zoomed, and can see the details clearly, especially for a detailed character.SEPARATE THE NOTES AND THE PHOTOS. You may put the images into collage but don't put them next to the notes (or mix them with it)DO NOT CROP, DOODLE ON THEM, OR PRESENT THEM IN A SLIDESHOW. (You can, but if you do please provide a clear copy of them)You may put them in a compiled file. Or send the images to me.You may also state what copies you will need (e.g. BG only, a separate backgroundless character, etc.) and the target date to receive the final artwork.MOST IMPORTANTLY, PLEASE FINALIZE YOUR ART REFERENCES BEFORE SUBMITTING THEM TO ME. Unless you want to give me the artistic liberty to draw what I want, and/or are willing to pay for any major changes, I will not add free additional things to the final output when it was approved without them in the first place.These are just guidelines so I can save time from searching the images on the internet, and speed up the sketch process. You can follow my work preferences but you're still free to do whatever you want ^^

Payment

Payment is non-refundable and can be upfront or 50/50. I will not start with the artwork if there is no payment made. Failure to settle the initial payment within a week will lead to cancellation of the commission request.PLEASE, Pay on time. I need the reassurance that my effort will be worth it. If you have the time to rush me with the artwork, please make sure that you can pay on time as well.Accepted payment modes are Local Bank Transfer, Paypal, Gcash, and Paymaya.Once the payment is made, I will start with the artwork's coloring process.

Process

INITIAL PAYMENT - SKETCH - RENDERING - INITIAL PREVIEW - BALANCE PAYMENT - FINISHEDMy artwork starts with a sketch, and when approved, it will proceed to base coloring, and then rendering, rendering again, after that comes a week-long doubting and furnishing my artwork as I criticize it if I did enough.After all these processes, I will send the initial preview to you, in which you may make changes, or add things. In this phase, you are to pay the remaining balance before I send the HD PNG file.I will post updates through Trello. If you choose not to post your art publicly, you may receive the updates through direct message. If I don't post any updates soon, I might be sick or suffering from back pain or tennis elbow... T-TCompletion Time is 3-7 weeks, and may take up to 2 months.

Revisions

The client can make unlimited changes in the sketching phase for free. However, any free changes in the preview of the final artwork will be limited to minor changes only. major changes will require payment.PLEASE. Make as many revisions as you want whilst in the sketch phase, I seek your sketch approval for a reason.FINALIZE YOUR ART REFERENCES BEFORE SUBMITTING THEM TO ME. Unless you want to hear my opinion or give me the artistic liberty to draw what I want.I will not add free additional things on the final output when it was approved to be without it anyway.(Major changes include but are not limited to: Pose changes, hairstyle changes, background changes, adding huge additional elements, etc.)

Finished Artwork

The client may request a copy of their character (no BG) for free.However, please note that I may not be able to provide a solo character from an artwork featuring more than one character, as it takes a tremendous amount of time and work. This requires an additional fee.A copy of BG only wouldn't always be available as well (depending on the reference provided).The completed artwork will be uploaded to Google Drive in a PNG file. The link will be sent via DM or Gmail.Usage of Artwork: The artwork is intended for personal use only. Any reproduction or marketing for profit will be considered commercial use.What is considered commercial use? commercial uses are printing/reproducing for selling, using it in any streaming platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Twitch etc.)Using any of my artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs, and/or NFT is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
